American Catalyst Facility for Development Project

The American Catalyst Facility for Development Project (ACFD) aims to promote additional private-sector investments in Kosovo’s energy sector. In collaboration with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), the project will complement MCC’s funding by mobilizing private sector investments to increase energy security in Kosovo. By attracting complementary energy investments, the project will strengthen Kosovo’s energy independence, expand economic opportunities, and advance U.S. strategic interests in the region.
