To empower Kosovo’s energy security and economic growth, the JETA Project will support targeted skills development, upskilling and reskilling of the workforce in energy and adjacent sectors. These initiatives will strengthen the education and training system to meet the labor market needs and equip graduates with skills to thrive in the energy and adjacent sectors.
By aligning training with real market needs, this effort will ensure Kosovo can meet its own energy challenges and create a reliable pool of skilled workers who drive both prosperity and energy security.
